"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and that Abigail Shearing (IP No. 10290) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Blenheim House, Newmarket Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3SB and Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
