"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 4th Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
