NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Liquidator intends to declare a first interim distribution to the unsecured creditors.

Creditors must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator at c/o Live Recoveries, Wentworth House, 122 New Road Side, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 4QB by 13 April 2018.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Note: It is anticipated that all known Creditors will be paid in full.
