Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidator's intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Notice is also given that the last date for proving shall be 12 February 2021.

Creditors who have not already done so should send names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Joint Liquidator, Timothy Frank Corfield at Griffin & King, 26-28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands WS1 1QL. A creditor who has not proven by the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason of non-participation, the distribution of the dividend and will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.
