Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 September 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) both of Bailey Ahmad Business Recovery, 275b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 23 September 2022 the appointment of Matthew Reeds and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
