At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge, CB1 2LA on 13 November 2017, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kate Merry of PEM, Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge, CB1 2LA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”

Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 November 2017, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and

“That Kate Merry be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
