“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
