This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Simmonds and Chris Newell, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 1st floor, 21 Station Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1AP.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals be approved. 2. That a Creditors’ Committee will not be established. 3. That the Joint Administrators be discharged from liability in respect of any action undertaken by them pursuant to Paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 of the Act, such discharge to take effect when the appointment of Joint Administrators ceases to have effect, as defined by the Act, unless the court specifies a time.

The meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 11 February 2021. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 10 February 2021. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11.00 am on 11 February 2021.
