A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Gilbert, Wakefield House, 67 Bewsey Street, Warrington, WA2 7JQ presented on 12 July 2017 by VP EQUIPMENT RENTAL (IRELAND) LTD, of Clonboyne, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, Ireland, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard in the Leeds District Registry, at Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Road, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 12 September 2017 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
