Special Resolution:

That the Partnership should be wound up on the grounds that it is unable to pay its debts as they fall due.

Ordinary Resolution:

James B Kennedy of James B Kennedy & Co Ltd, Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH should be appointed Liquidator of the Partnership.
