Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a general meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN on 14 February 2017 at 10.30 am for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions: To remove Michael Leslie Reeves from office pursuant to Section 171 of the Insolvency Act 1986; For the Liquidator to obtain his release; To accept creditors’ nominations for a replacement Liquidator. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of their claim, at the offices of Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN, not later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the meeting.
