Notice is hereby given that on 15 November 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by Whitworth Construction Ltd craving the Court inter alia that Whitworth Construction Ltd having its registered office at 14 Kennedy Avenue, Montrose, DD10 9DY be wound up by the Court and that Richard Gardiner, Insolvency Practitioner of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 18 November 2021 appointed the said Richard Gardiner of Thomson Cooper, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
