At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Moore & Smalley Chartered Accountants, Priory Close, St Mary's Gate, Lancaster, LA1 1XB on 31 May 2018 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and David Acland (IP No. 8894) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
