NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened at 25 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB on 20 January 2017 the following special resolution was passed:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolution:
