“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Geoffrey Paul Rowley (IP No. 8919) and Jason Daniel Baker (IP No. 9644) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
