NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 21 December 2018 at 10.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

At the meeting, creditors will consider the approval of the pre appointment remuneration.
