“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be nominated Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act jointly or severally.”
