At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 3 November 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Ninos Koumettou of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on the same day the appointment of David Standish and John Milsom as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
