In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1986

A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidators for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving the following resolutions:

1. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators is to be done by all or any one or more of the persons for time being holding the office in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986;

2. That the basis of remuneration of the joint liquidators shall be fixed by reference to the time properly spent by the joint liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the liquidation; and

3. For the approval of category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance with the firm’s policy.
