Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 January 2020 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

a) “That the Company be wound up voluntarily

b) That Shane Biddlecombe and Gordon Johnston of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, 12-14 Carlton Place Southampton SO15 2EA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
