At a virtual meeting of creditors of the company the following resolutions were passed on 29 July 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and that Sandra McAlister (IP No. 9375) and Simon Barriball (IP No. 11950) both of HBG Advisory Ltd, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liqudiators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."

The appointment of Sandra McAlister and Simon Thomas Barriball was confirmed at the virtual meeting of creditors held on 29 July 2020
