At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 17 James Croker Drive, Mackay, Queensland, Australia on 12 October 2018, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Allan Christopher Cadman (IP No. 9522) and Charles Michael Brook (IP No. 9157) both of Poppleton & Appleby, 16 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
