A Petition to wind up the above-named company of White Oak Projects Limited (12619426) of 2nd Floor, 9 Portland Street, Manchester M1 3BE, previously of Unit D1a, Ffordd Y Parc, Llys Y Dderwen, Bangor LL57 4BN, whose nature of business is buying and selling of own real estate / management of real estate on a fee or contract basis, presented on Tuesday 23 August 2022, at 10:00 by RMD KWIKFORM LIMITED, of Foundation House, Brickyard Road, Walsall WS9 8BW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 20 September 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
