Notice is hereby given that the following Resolutions were passed on 5 February 2020 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gordon Johnston and Shane Biddlecombe of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, 10b Fleet Business Park Sandy Lane Church Crookham Fleet Hampshire GU52 8BF, be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
