Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94, Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of members will be held on 16 August 2019 at 10:00am at 7, Kirklees Rise, Farsley, Pudsey, West Yorkshire. LS28 5TH for the purpose of receiving the liquidator’s final receipts and payments account and report showing how the winding up has been conducted and of hearing of any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
