Notice is hereby given that on 31 July 2017, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gemma Louise Roberts (IP No. 9701) and Emma Bower (IP No. 17650) both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
