1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Edwin D.S. Kirker of Kirker & Co., Centre 645, 2 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London SW7 3DQ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
