Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the above named Company will be held at 2A Thornley Industrial Estate, Shotton Colliery, County Durham, DH6 2QA on 7 September 2017 at 11.00 am for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolution as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martyn Pullin (IP No. 15530) and Iain Townsend (IP No. 15850) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Dakota House, 25 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3TX be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
