"That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allan Christopher Cadman (IP No. 9522) and Charles Michael Brook (IP No. 9157) both of Poppleton & Appleby, 16 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
