Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency Rules (England and Wales) 2016 that the Joint Liquidators intend to make an interim distribution to the unsecured creditors within two months from 5 October 2018.

Claims less than or equal to ÂŁ1,000 will be automatically admitted for dividend purposes at the amount stated on the Company records.

Creditors, who have not already done so, must complete a proof of debt form and return it to the Joint Liquidators at 1 St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3AE by 5 October 2018. If they are not returned by this date the creditor will be excluded from the distribution.
