At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ on 19 July 2018 at 3.30 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue it business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Terry Evans (IP No. 6416) and Simon Lowes (IP No. 9194) both of CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
