Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 November 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brian Burke (IP No. 16250) and Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
