The Members of the LLP passed the following resolutions as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Katie Louise Parsons Mason (IP No 18010) and Peter Richard James Frost (IP No 8935) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Gloucestershire, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately".
