Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 December 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and

“That Timothy Close and Richard Warwick both of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester house, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH be and are hereby nominated joint liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”

“That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
