Notice is hereby given under Rule 4.19(4)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that on 29 June 2020 the above named Company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and Richard Hunt (IP No 21772) was appointed Liquidator. The Company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.

Notice is also hereby given that all creditors are required, on or before 2 September 2020, to send their claims in writing to Richard Hunt of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ, the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

It should be noted that, after 2 September 2020, the Liquidator may make any distributions to creditors or shareholders as he thinks fit, without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not yet proved.
