“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Taylor (IP No. 21050) of Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by them."
