“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) and James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and separately."
