Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened at RSM, 52-54 Queen’s Road, Aberdeen AB15 4YE on 05 February 2019 the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Dounis, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG and Steven Philip Ross, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 1 St James’ Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4AD, (IP Nos 9708 and 9503) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
