At a General Meeting of the above named Partnership duly convened and held on 31 July 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Stella Davis (IP No. 9585) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Partnership for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 31 July 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Stella Davis and Timothy John Edward Dolder as Joint Liquidators.
