Notice is hereby given that on 1 November 2018 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Amanda Urquhart, residing at 13 Clava Road, Inverness, IV2 4FU, for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up West Larkin Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No: SC146651) and having its Registered Office Address at Woodside Croft, Leachkin Brae, Inverness, IV3 8PN and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 2 November 2018 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the Deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt, to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Inverness Courier newspaper; appoints any party interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the Court of Session within 8 days after such intimation and advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
