Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 May 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dave Clark and Phil Clark of Clark Business Recovery Limited, 26 York Place, Leeds, LS1 2EY be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.'

Please note that at a physical meeting which was held virtually in line with the current UK Government guidelines at 11am on the 17 May 2021, the Creditors of the Company nominated Paul Zalkin and Andrew Watling of Quantuma Advisory Limited to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of the voting, Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL and Andrew Watling (IP No 15910) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ are the Joint Liquidators of the Company.
