Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 August 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

That the company be wound up voluntarily; and

That Richard Warwick (IP No 9741) and Timothy Close (IP No 8023) both of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH be and are hereby nominated as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.
