A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Wells Management Group Limited (10940910) of 162a Lower Richmond Road, London SW15 1LY, Thames Exchange, 10 Queen Street Place, London EC4R 1AG (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Accounting and auditing activities, Bookkeeping activities, Activities of head offices and Combined office administrative service activities, presented on Thursday 09 May 2019, at 01:00 by EASYPAY SERVICES LIMITED, of First Floor, Victoria House, Bradford Road, Guiseley LS20 8NH claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 June 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
