Notice is hereby given that on 5th December 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Forfar craving the Court inter alia that Wells and Sons Limited, with its Registered Office at Coach House, Finavon, Forfar, DD8 3PX be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Forfar by interlocutor dated 5th December 2019 ordained the said Wells and Sons Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
