Creditors Voluntary Liquidation

Notice is hereby given that by resolution of the above-named companies on 21 January 2022, the companies were placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and that Gareth McGonigle of ASM Chartered Accountants, 4th Floor, Glendinning House, 6 Murray Street, Belfast BT1 6DN was appointed as Liquidator.

Creditors of the Companies are required, on or before 28 February 2022, to send their full names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to Gareth McGonigle of ASM Chartered Accountants, 4th Floor, Glendinning House, 6 Murray Street, Belfast BT1 6DN, the Liquidator of the said companies and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
