A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Wecan Solutions Limited (09271535) of Sme House, Holme Lacy Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6DR (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is packaging activities, presented on 8 October 2020 at 10.00 am by Quercus Capital Rentals Limited of Quercus House, Orchard Industrial Estate, Toddington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 5EB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 2 December 2020, at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
