Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 26 February 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr Philip Ballard, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Ballard Business Recovery Limited, 21A Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6LZ be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting held on 26 February 2021, the appointment of Lawrence King was confirmed by the creditors and Philip Ballard was given his release.
