"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian McCulloch (IP No. 18532) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Mount Suite, Rational House, 32 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Third Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 5HN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
