This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Timothy John Edward Dolder and Trevor John Binyon, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes MK5 8PJ.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee, if sufficient nominations are received by 23 July 2019 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee; 2. The basis of the Joint Administrators' fees; 3. The approval of the Joint Administrators' Category 2 disbursements; 4. The approval of the pre-Administration costs.

This virtual meeting will be recorded by video and/or audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded including recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrators by one of the following methods: By post to: 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ. All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4.00 pm on 23 July 2019. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 12.00 noon on 24 July 2019.
