At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham GL50 1TY on 8 August 2018 at 10.15 am the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael Durkan (IP No. 9583) of Durkan Cahill, Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
